Tuesday, Dec. 11…….TECHNICAL REHEARSAL I
(PERFORMERS, ONLY, PLEASE: Exception! Parents are not allowed at Tech and Dress Rehearsals: However, for Tech Rehearsals ONE* Party Child and BonBon parent may attend from each family: Please sit in Orchestra, about halfway back, on the aisle.
AT TECH REHEARSAL #1, Party Children will be excused at about 7:30. BonBons will rehearse at 8:00, and be excused after their rehearsal) (*) No Exceptions, please
6:00 to 8:00 pm: Act I
6:00 to 7:15…….Party Scene
7:15 to 8:00…….BATTLE
8:00 to 10:00 pm: Act I SNOWFLAKES and Act II
ALL PERFORMERS: Come into theatre THROUGH DOUBLE DOORS
BACKSTAGE and sit in front rows of audience for BOTH Technical Rehearsals! Do not go Backstage!
Wednesday, Dec. 12…….. TECHNICAL REHEARSAL II

ALL PERFORMERS MUST STAY until this Tech Rehearsal is over. We will be practicing bows at the end of the rehearsal.

5:00 pm. COMPANY CLASS ON STAGE for CCB OLDER DANCERS ONLY

Final Notes:
NOTE, FOR ALL PERFORMERS: It is important to sign in, PROMPTLY , an HOUR before every show, because there is a Company Meeting on stage FOR ALL CAST MEMBERS at that time (before costumes and makeup)
PLEASE NOTE: Check this schedule constantly for updates!
PARENT-HELPER INSTRUCTIONS
(REMINDER TO ALL PARENTS WHO ARE HELPING BACKSTAGE DURING THE PRODUCTION:)
1. Please arrive at least ONE HOUR before the performance.
2. Please make sure to circle your name on the posted signup sheet as soon as you arrive at the theater so we know you are available for duty.
3. DRESSING ROOM parents, (NO FOOD IN THE DRESSING ROOMS… Please stay UPSTAIRS throughout the show and until the last performer in your care has hung up his or her costume and checked out.
*(PLEASE ENFORCE THE NO FOOD RULE! Absolutely no eating in costume! (Water Bottles are good.)
SHOE RULE: Please make sure dancers have slippers or sandals over ballet shoes when entering and exiting the Theatre.
4. Performers exiting stage must return to backstage dressing rooms. They may NOT watch the show from the wings.
PLEASE enforce QUIET backstage. NO TALKING when they are waiting backstage to perform.

Makeup
*Base/foundation (match with skin) – use whatever brand you feel comfortable with. Some suggestions were NoSet at Target if your child has sensitive skin.
*Eyebrow Pencil (not the same as eye pencil!) – Match with hair color – Maybellene red pencils work well
*Concealer/coverstick – matching or slightly lighter than Base/foundation. Maybellene or Covergirl in lipstick tube.
*Eyeliner – Black or brown waterproof. Match with hair. Blonds use brown. Liquid is hard to work with. Felt tips or thin pencils work well.
*Eyelashes – ONLY FOR SNOW AND FLOWERS! Match your hair color. Cut them to fit and
mascara them before applying.
*Eyeshadow – Brown matte (no sparkles or metalic) and white or tan highlighter. Some come with the two together.
*Mascara – Waterproof, Black or Brown. Match with hair. Blonds use brown.
*Rouge/Blush – Dusty rosie pink. Not too red!
*Lipstick – Rosie pink. Not too bright.
*Makeup remover
Dancers and parents,
I have gone to Sally’s and Target. You can get a discount at Sally’s if you use my Green Club member card # 648116118820. The manager at the Shaw and West location said it should be recognized at all locations. It is up to you where you want to go. CVS, Walgreens and RiteAid also have these items but I didn’t price them there.
